Anne M didn’t know much at all about how Sean Kent got involved with clay, which is part of the reason why she asked him to be the featured artist for the May Second Saturday. Sean has been coming to Bracker’s pretty regularly over the past 3 years or so and shown us photos of his work as well as brought in a few of his smaller finished pieces as “show and tell.” He doesn’t have a super active online presence or website, but you can see from these photos that his thrown, coil built, and sculpted forms are elegant and classically inspired.
