We are pleased to announce that we will be able to continue to provide clay and supplies to our extended clay community during the nationwide quarantines.  We will also be continuously mixing clay, so we will be prepared to meet all of your needs as we emerge from this crisis. For now, please head over to our online store and place your order.  You must provide a credit card when placing your order as we can not accept payment in the store.  For pick up orders, we will send you an email when your order is ready.  Please do not come to pick up your order before getting this email.  Upon arrival we will bring your order out and load it into your trunk or truck bed.  We CAN NOT load into front or back seats of cars.  If you prefer, we can place your order on our designated pickup pallet and you may load it yourself.

Questions & Answers

What are your hours?   Variable….we are operating with staff coming in voluntarily to work in these uncertain times and there will not be very many of us there as we observe social distancing at work.  If you place an order for pickup, we will identify in the email how late will be at the store.

Will you be open on Saturdays for pickups?  Maybe…?  We will take it week by week, and if there are a lot of orders that people want to come in on Saturday to get, someone will probably be available to go in and faciliate that

Can you/will you make deliveries?  We think we can do doorstep deliveries, but this also gets a “maybe?” because it depends on 1. enough orders to fill our van and make it economical/efficient, 2. Any local restrictions on deliveries.

Will you be answering phones at Brackers?  Yes, but again, please remember we will be operating on minimal staff.  Probably ONE person in the office processing orders, ONE person making clay and ONE person in the warehouse.  If you call and get the voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
