Sharing an important email we received from (please spread the word!): Hello K-12 Ceramic Arts Teachers, In order to best support the teachers we serve, we have extended the entry period for one week to enable those we have requested an extension of time due to the changing schedules at schools impacted by Covid19. WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR SUBMISSION PERIOD
FOR ONE WEEK UNTIL JANUARY 19, 2021
Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your entries. It takes the foundation many weeks to prepare the submitted entries for adjudication and presentation as an exhibition. Our calendar for the opening of our exhibit has not changed. It is still timed to coincide with the NCECA conference schedule. The time gained with this one week extension will have to be made up as part of our revised processing of entries. Your earliest possible submission of entries will be appreciated. We all hope this extension will help many of our teachers manage the difficulties manifest by this pandemic. We hope this extension will make a difference for those who have requested extra time as they continue their work with students in these difficult times. We thank you all for your continued patience and persistence and wish you all safety and health. Lions and tigers and bears...oh my! Yellow Brick roads are great, but Red Brick Roads look nicer against Kansas Wheat. Come along with us to the land of Oz.
