Our contactless pickup option continues for August, available from 10 am-4 pm Monday-Friday and 10 am-3 pm on Saturday:

  • Call and place your order, or shop our online store and select the contactless pickup option.
  • We will put together your order and then you will receive an email when it’s ready for pickup.
  • When you arrive at Brackers, please drive directly to our loading area (in the corner of the building). Honk your horn and/or call us at 785.841.4750 to notify us that you are here. Your order will then be brought out to you.
  • Please, if you have a fever or cough, or anyone in your house does, hold off on picking up your order, or request that your order be boxed and placed outside for you to collect without human interaction.

For those of you who want to browse and explore the store. We are continuing to offer Appointment Shopping for August, available from 10 am-4 pm Monday-Friday and 10 am-3 pm on Saturday:

  • Sign up for a time online
  • Time slots are 20 minutes, but you can sign up for multiple slots back-to-back. (Please note, your shopping time will be limited to 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for checking out/paying and loading your order. If you are not done with your shopping within 15 minutes, we can sign you up for the next slot, if it’s still available, or we will do our best to find a solution that keeps everyone safe and maintains social distance)
  • Masks are required for the duration of your shopping appointment
  • When you arrive, please ring our newly installed doorbell. Someone will come and open the door for you and ask if you have an appointment.
  • Your temperature will be taken at the door and must be below 100ºF
  • You will be given a pair of nitrile gloves to wear during your shopping appointment.

NEW: “the hybrid”  If you are one of those people that knows exactly what they want but wants to pick it up in the store (whether you don’t love online shopping, or you can’t remember the name of the *thing* to search for it online, but you know RIGHT where it is in the store, or maybe you’d rather pay by cash or check than PayPal or credit card), but you don’t need a full 20-minute appointment, we will be adding “Quick-Trip-Shop-Stop” shopping!!! (it’s possible that during quarantine we’ve been reading too much Dr. Suess…?) You are also still welcome to place an order in advance, and we can gather those items for you (such as weighed-out chemicals or clay or anything you KNOW you need), but we’ll hold off on finalizing your order until you arrive so you can add that last-minute item. Our goal is to get people in and out in less than 5 minutes. If you think you will need longer, please opt for a full appointment. Here are our QuickTripShopStop rules:

  • Masks are required for the duration of your QTSS
  • When you arrive, please ring our newly installed doorbell. Someone will come and open the door for you and ask if you have an appointment or if you are here for a QuickTripShopStop.
  • Your temperature will be taken at the door and must be below 100ºF
  • You will be given a pair of nitrile gloves to wear during your QTSS.

We also continue to ship daily via UPS and US Mail or Truck for larger orders. We are making our own deliveries (driveway only, no inside deliveries right now), but with proper precautions being taken, time-frames are delayed. We are also actively planning & scheduling our fall school deliveries, if that might apply to you, please feel free to get in touch with us regarding your needs and plans for the fall semester.  If you are not already on our delivery notifications mailing list, sign up here

*Students* This hybrid option also applies to area students who need to come in and get the required supplies they need for their classes. We are contacting your professors and requesting their syllabi/materials lists for classes as well (as their enrollment numbers). We are going to be collecting all the things you need and pre-bagging them so you can walk in and quickly pick up and pay for your supplies. We will be updating this post as we receive those lists.
